中文摘要 | If the microsphere cavity emitting light with the wave length differents from that of incident light, the impact of the incident light could excluded through optical filter, that will reduce the application difficulties of microsphere morphology-dependent resonances. The TiBa glass microspheres co-doped with Tm/sup 3+//Yb/sup 3+/ for morphology-dependent resonances of upconversion emission were designed and fabricated. The components of glass sample were 25TiO/sub 2/-27BaCO/sub 3/-8Ba(NO/sub 3/)/sub 2/-5ZnO/sub 2/-8CaCO/sub 3/-5H/sub 3/BO/sub 3/- 9SiO/sub 2/-7 water glass -1Tm/sub 2/O/sub 3/-5Yb/sub 2/O/sub 3/ (wt%). The emission spectra of TiBa glass and the TiBa glass microsphere under 633 nm excitation were measured and discussed. The strong morphology-dependent resonances of upconversion fluorescence in the microsphere were observed. The experimental result was found to be in line with the theoretical analysis. The observed resonances could be assigned by using the well-known Lorenz-Mie formalism. |
