中文摘要Energy-conservation based generation dispatching is an important measure to reduce energy consumption in China. Guangdong province is one of the five pilot provinces where the energy-conservation based generation dispatching is tried out. The authors analyze the key problems that Guangdong power grid faces with, which are network constraints, period coupling and network loss modification. An optimal model for day-ahead energy-conservation based dispatching in which the minimum coal consumption is taken as objective function and the network loss modification is taken into account. A two-stage algorithm is also proposed to solve the problem effectively. Firstly, a feasible solution is obtained by the proposed algorithm, and then it is optimized gradually. Many complex grid constraints are taken into account. Actual data of Guangdong provincial power grid are used to validate the proposed algorithm. Scheduling with different objects are also studied and compared to illustrate the flexibility of the proposed algorithm.
