中文摘要 | As an important branch of analog IC's, integrated analog-to-digital converters have been improving, in terms of performance, in the past decades, along with fast development of IC manufacturing technologies. Technologies for high-resolution and high-speed A/D converter were reviewed and summarized based on recent reports and literatures. Also, A/D converters with non-traditional architectures, as well as advanced design tools for A/D converters and associated design flows, were described. The purpose of this review is to supply engineers in this field with updated information about A/D converter technologies. |
