中文摘要	Resource sharing is an effective way to increase overall productivity with limited resources. Service Level Agreement (SLA) based resource trading is resource sharing through market economy. The current SLA-based information protocols do not support trading price negotiation process; therefore online SLA trading systems cannot provide online negotiation function. SNAP is a SLA based information protocol; this paper extends the original SNAP proposal to support negotiation process and provides a practical system architecture design; at the end, an actual system implementation example is given based on China Education Resource Sharing (CERS) project.
