中文摘要 | Application of micro-Raman spectroscopy in the system of Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/-SiO/sub 2/-H/sub 2/O does not need desiccation, so that the damage on the microstructure of the samples aroused by the procedure of desiccation can be avoided. The reaction product and microstructure changing with time are studied. The following-observing method is used to the same sample. The spectra correspond with the micrograph of the samples perfectly. The results show that for the sample composition: m(potash water glass):m(metakaolin):m(fly ash):m(silicon ash)=10:9:1:1, adding 3.7% gypsum, gypsum dissolves in the system, the concentration of Ca/sup 2+/ increases, the polymerization degree of [SiO/sub 4/]/sup 4-/ reduces, and the aluminum with five coordination bonds disappears in 4 hours after stirring. Much aqueous gel forms, so that the strength of the material forms, and the surface of sample becomes dense, from 4 hours to 1 day after stirring. Crystalloid K/sub 2/SO/sub 4/ forms, the surface of sample becomes denser, the strength of sample increases, from 1 d to 7 d after stirring. |
