中文摘要 | Five-axes wire cut electric discharge machining (WEDM) was analyzed to simulate the space surface processing and the five-axes WEDM motion. The models were based on Aitken linear interpolation and cubic spline interpolation when the upper and lower lead wires tracked specified curves. The simulation accurately predicts the paths with the machining process directly observed on the computer screen. The ideal processing parameters obtained from the simulation are essential to the machining of complex parts. |
