中文摘要A noninvasive method of measuring the blood flow rate in the cutaneous tissue by the thermal diffusion between the skin and a metal is described. Using heat as indicator and the property that blood is the main medium of heat transfer in body, the blood flow rate is derived from the temperature changes of the metal in contact with the skin. In the method the cutaneous tissue needn't to be heated and the system is simple. Theoretic analysis, numerical simulation and the constitution of the measurement system are introduced. The correlation coefficient of the system equals to 0.914 4 compared with the value obtained by Laser-Doppler flowmetry.
