中文摘要The entropy conservation equation for irreversible processes was used to analyze the exergy destruction and the reasons for exergy destruction during solid carbon gasification. The process was divided into the reactant mixing step, chemical reactions, heat transfer, and product mixing sub-processes. Energy losses in the gasification process were analyzed for various operating conditions, with the influence of the various exothermic and endothermic reactions on the exergy losses studied based on the gasification process theoretical working ability. The results show that when coupled with the exothermic and endothermic reactions, for 1 kg solid carbon with a molar ratio of oxygen to carbon of 0. 35 and a molar ratio of steam to carbon of 0. 31, the local minimum exergy loss is 4. 521 MJ, with an optimum gasification temperature of 1 200 K.
