中文摘要The performance and structural parameters of a combined oxygen microelectrode were analyzed statistically to develop a simple fabrication procedure for optimized design. The performance was correlated to the structural parameters by a statistical analysis. The sensor has a good linear response for the various oxygen partial pressures. The sensor's guaranteed oxygen volume resolution is 0.037%, the zero current is (33 +/- 2) pA, the stirring effect is 4%, and the response time is 3.5 s. A simple correlation analysis and a canonical correlation analysis show that oxygen permeable membrane thickness most strongly correlated to the sensor response time, while the cathode diameter and the distance between the cathode and the sensor tip does not strongly correlate with the sensor performance.
