中文摘要The flow distribution in a modular helical-coiled heat exchanger was analyzed numerically for both an individual modular unit and a helical-coiled heat exchanger. The results show that the distribution in the modular helical-coiled units is strongly dependent on the flow resistance in each modular unit. A parallel arrangement of the unit provides a nearly uniform flow distribution in the modular helical-coiled units. However, the flow distributions in individual units are quite complex, which can contribute to complicated configurations of the helical coils.
