中文摘要Disease mapping is an important technique for analysis and monitoring of diseases. It is a process that maps the observed disease data into a map of incidence rate using appropriate spatial interpolation methods. The Kriging technique incorporates spatial variation based on a deterministic interpolation method. So it can describe the spatial random process like disease outbreaks and the result is more accurate. ESDA and Kriging techniques are first introduced. And then their application for disease mapping of Hepatitis B in China is presented. The resulting map illustrates that the incidence rate of Hepatitis B are high in Inner Mongolia, Gansu province in addition to some areas of central south China, east China and northeast China. The south side on Yangtze river is higher than the north, and the east is higher than the west.
