中文摘要 | Based on an extended state estimation, a novel wide area protection algorithm is proposed to improve the performance of the protection system. The measurements on protective relays in the neighboring fault region are used in the extended state estimation to help detect and identify bad data in measurements and improve the accuracy of fault detection. Some digital simulation tests on an IEEE 9 system and a provincial power system in China have been made that show that the algorithm has a high fault-tolerance capability and can cope with relay failure even in the presence of local incorrect measurement and communication fault. |
