中文摘要In this paper, the algorithm of DCT domain downsampling in AVS is researched. A 4*4 integer transform core based on 8*8 integer DCT transform in AVS is proposed, and thus a fast algorithm of downsampling in DCT do main is derived. The simulation results show that compared with cinear interpolation downsampling in time domain, the proposed algorithm can dramatically reduce computational complexity, while the performance of video sequence is considerably good.
