中文摘要Bismuth sodium titanate (Bi/sub 1/2/Na/sub 1/2/)TiO/sub 3/ (BNT) lead-free ceramics containing multiple A-site dopants were synthesized by conventional ceramic processing, and their electrical properties and mechanical properties were investigated to reveal the effects of the multiple A-site dopants on the BNT-based ceramics. In the case of (1-x)(Bi/sub 1/2/Na/sub 1/2/)Ba/sub 0.088/Sr/sub 0.012/TiO/sub 3-x/ (Bi/sub 1/2/K/sub 1\2/)TiO/sub 3/ (x=0-0.14) ceramics, the maximum of the piezoelectric constant d/sub 33/ (168 pC/N) was obtained for the x=0.10 composition. The dielectric constant epsiv /sub 33//sup T// epsiv /sub 0/, loss tangent tan delta and planar electromechanical coupling factor k/sub p/ at 1 kHz and room temperature are 1221, 0.0361 and 0.2281, respectively. The Curie temperature first increases with increasing x value and reaches the maximum value of 300 degrees C at the x=0.12 composition, then decreases with further increasing of the x value. The Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the ceramic with the composition x=0.1 are about 5.0 GPa and 2.0MPa ldr m/sup 1/2/, respectively, which are higher than those of Pb(Zr,Ti)O/sub 3/ ceramics.
