中文摘要基于预测的边际电价,以利润最大化为目标,提出了发电厂未来运行周期的机组起停决策模型,同时针对该数学模型,对传统的遗传算法进行了多方面改进,较为深入地研究了该优化问题的求解算法,并给出了算例。该模型对电厂制定合理的报价策略具有现实意义和参考价值。; Based on predicted electricenergy price, and taking maximization of profit as the target, a strategic decision model for startup and shutdown of units in the future operation period of a power plant has been put forward. At the same time, directing against the said mathematic model, improvements of traditional genetic algorithm have been made from many aspects, and the solution algorithm for this optimization problem being further deeply studied, and some examples of calculation being given. The said model has practical significance and reference value for power plants to workout reasonable quoted price strategy.
