| 中文摘要 | 提出由区域创新网络、区域创新投入、区域创新产出、行为主体自身创新能力这四个要素构成的区域创新要素关系模型,发现区域创新能力的大小不仅取决于区域内各创新行为主体的创新能力和各类创新资源的丰裕度,更取决于各创新行为主体在相互作用中所采取的集成运作方式。应从一种新的区域创新能力评价视角———区域创新网络成熟度,综合考虑区域创新动态集成运作过程,并设计出目的性强、政策指导性强、动态性强的区域创新网络成熟度评价指标体系,以期对区域创新系统的创新过程进行有效评价。; This paper proposes a relationship model of regional innovation factors constituted by regional innovation network,investment,output,and subject innovation capacity.This model suggests that regional innovation capacity not only depends on the subject's innovation ability and resources,but also on the integrated mode of operation characterized by the interaction among all the subjects involved.From the new perspective offered by the proposed model,the degree of maturity in regional innovation networks is thus taken into consideration and an index system will also be established for more directed and dynamic evaluation of regional innovation capacity.; 中国博士后科学基金项目(23552); 国家社会科学基金重点项目(04ASH001) |
