中文摘要根据UPFC分层控制设计原理,设计外层控制器为内层控制器提供参考信号,从而完成构建综合考虑内部动态和外部系统影响的UPFC控制体系。首先建立含UPFC的系统模型,并构造了修正能量函数。在此基础上基于控制Lyapunov函数法构造了外层控制器。在四川电网上进行的仿真表明,所提出的外层控制器能够有效改善川渝电网的动态性能,提高暂态稳定性。; According to the design principle of multi-level controller of UPFC, this paper presents a design procedure for the design of external-level controller of UPFC. The external-level controller is designed by means of Control Lyapunov Function to provide the reference signals for the internal-level controller. An integrated control system of UPFC is built up by combining the internal-level and the external-level controllers. The control system takes into consideration the interaction between the inner dynamics of UPFC and the external power systems. Simulation results performed on Sichuan power grid have verified that the proposed multi-level controller can effectively improve the system dynamic performance and enhance the system stability.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50377018,59837270); 国家重点基础研究专项经费资助项目(G1998020309)
