中文摘要采用阳极氧化在钛基体上原位合成了自组装有序的纳米管TiO2薄膜材料,采用的电解质溶液为0.5mol/LNH4HF2+1mol/LNH4H2PO4水溶液。通过XRD,SEM对TiO2纳米管进行表征。研究表明,外加电压对TiO2薄膜的微观结构有很大的影响。在外加电压为20V时,氧化8h可得到长度为2μm,内径为80nm,外径为100nm的TiO2纳米阵列。经300℃热处理后,可得到锐钛矿型的TiO2。通过对成膜工艺的研究,提出了阳极氧化法制备有序TiO2纳米管的成膜机制。; The thin films of order-aligned titania nanotubes were fabricated by anodic oxidation method in the electrolyte of 0.5 mol/L NH4HF2+1 mol/L NH4H2PO4 aqueous solution and characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM), and Transmission Electronic Microscopy (TEM). The experiment results show that the applied voltage has a great effect on the microstructures of the thin films of titania nanotubes. The order-aligned titania nanotubes of 1.8 μm in length, of 100 nm in outer diameter and 80 nm in inner diameter have been prepared at the voltage of 20 V for 8h in the electrolyte of 0.5 mol/L NH4HF2+1 mol/L NH4H2PO4 aqueous solution. The titania crystals in anatase type were obtained after annealed at 300 ℃ for 2 h with the heating rate of 10 ℃/min. The growth mechanism of titania nanotubes was proposed via the study on the fabrication processing in this paper.; 国家自然科学基金(50371044); 教育部新世纪优秀人才资助项目
