中文摘要研究了AM50合金采用钙进行熔体处理和电磁搅拌后晶粒形貌及大小与耐腐蚀性能的变化。结果表明,钙的加入使AM50合金晶粒尺寸降低40%左右,但随加入量的增大细化效果并未进一步明显。同时熔体处理与电磁搅拌复合作用可使合金晶粒尺寸减小到20%~30%,并可获得近球状的晶粒组织。但钙的加入使得合金耐腐蚀性能有所降低,简述了钙及电磁搅拌对合金组织性能的影响机制。; Research of the influence on the grain size and anti-corrosion properties of AM50 alloy by Ca melt treatments and electromagnetic stirring process was done.The result shows that Ca could make the grain size reduce about 40%.But the effects can not augment with along the addition of Ca.The complex process of melt treatment and electromagnetic stirring makes the grain size of AM50 reduce to 20%~30%,and make the grain transfer to spherical structure.But Ca makes the anti-corrosion properties of AM50 alloy declined at a certain extent.The affection rule of Ca and electromagnetic stirring process had recounted.
