中文摘要采用生物电阻抗法对不同年龄组人体身体成分进行测试。生物电阻抗法根据人体体内各组织成分确定营养状况,优于其他常规测定方法。测试结果显示:中年组的人体细胞内、外液、蛋白质含量、肌肉量和骨矿物质量的平均值最大,与青年组和老年组都有显著性差异; 而男性中年组的脂肪量和脂肪率的平均值与老年组差别不大,女性中、老年组的脂肪量差别也不大,但脂肪率有显著性差异,而老年组与青年组的脂肪量和脂肪率都有显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时结合测量基本的人体参数计算腰臀比和体重指数,发现老年人脂肪量的增加主要在腰部堆积,增加了因肥胖导致各种疾病的产生可能性。; Bioelectrical impedance analysis was applied to examine the body composition of different age group subjects so as to know the nutritional conditions. The result shows that the average value of human body extra-cellular water(ECW), intra-cellular water(ICW), protein quantity, muscle quantity, and bone mineral quantity of middle-aged group is the highest, significantly different from the youth group and the aged group, while no significant difference in the fat quantity and average fat percentage between the male middle-aged group and the aged group. The difference of fat quantity between the female middle-aged group and the aged group is small, yet the fat percentage is significantly different. These two indexes are significantly different between the youth group and the aged group (P<0.01). Meanwhile, anthropometrical measurement was used to get the waist-hip ratio(WHR) and body mass index(BMI). The result shows that the body fat of aged people mainly accumulates in the waist, thus increases the possibility of some kinds of sickness resulting from fatness.
