| 中文摘要 | 介绍了采用粘土陶粒配制的密度1700~1800级的LC15~LC50结构轻骨料混凝土在昆明3个房建工程中的应用。采用轻骨料混凝土专用泵送剂、优化混凝土配合比、增大拌合物粘度、常压预湿陶粒等措施,提高轻骨料混凝土的抗分离性和减小陶粒在泵送过程中的吸水,解决了使用高吸水率粘土陶粒的轻骨料混凝土泵送难题。; In this article, authors introduce application of LC15～LC50 structural lightweight aggregate concrete prepared with clay ceramsite and whose density degree is 1 700～1 800 in 3 building projects in Kunming city. Engineers adopted many measures to improve the anti-separation capacity of lightweight aggregate concrete and to decrease the water absorption amount of ceramsite in pumping process in order to solve the pumping problem of lightweight aggregate concrete prepared with high water-absorbing capacity clay ceramsite, and these measures include using specific lightweight aggregate concrete pumping agents, optimizing concrete match ratio, increasing viscosity of mixing materials, pre-wetting ceramsite and so on.; 云南省科技厅省院省校合作科技计划项目(2001BBBCA15A010) |
