中文摘要	翻译的语境化研究是近年来翻译研究界的焦点理论问题之一。本文首先简要回顾语境与翻译在中西方翻译研究中的结合情况,进而聚焦于《翻译与脉络》的核心理念和实践,对其总体框架和理论框架进行评述。本文认为该书具有以下三个突出的特点:重视历史语境,结合翻译史实,而不是将翻译文本孤立起来探讨;重视文本语境,结合翻译语料,不是囿于理论层面的抽象思辨;亲历亲为,结合自身翻译经历,避免了时下一些翻译研究学者只"论"不"做"翻译的尴尬。; The contextualization of translation is one of the key theoretical issues in contemporary translation studies. This paper starts with a brief introduction to the integration of translation and context in literature on translation studies and goes on to place the theoretical framework of Translation and Context against this background. Finally the paper points out three characteristics that make this monograph unique among many researches on the same subject. Firstly,the study sets great store by the historical context so as to avoid isolating translation from its historic heritage. Secondly,it is based on a close reading of numerous textual examples and thus goes beyond abstract theoretical reasoning. Thirdly,the author refers to his own experience as a translator,unlike some scholars,who only theorize and have never engaged in the actual practice of translation.
