| 中文摘要 | 为改进传统的"倒闸换电"治理三相不平衡的方式,提出了一种基于晶闸管复合开关阵列的负荷转移方式,即通过求解以三相电流不平衡度及电流零序分量为组合优化目标的0-1整数规划,计算出分散电力负荷在三相间的配置与转移方案,从而实现改善三相四线制系统电流、电压不平衡度的目标。讨论了该装置的实现原理,推导了优化开关配置的数学模型,并给出了装置对实际算例的仿真结果。结合所制作的60kVA样机,讨论了实际操作中需要注意的问题。这种负荷转移方法直观、简单、可靠,是对三相不平衡治理方法的有益补充。; In order to improve traditional manual operation for balancing the 3-phase voltage in distribution power system,new method for loads distribution is proposed.The load-redistributing device which operates based on the switch-array has the ability of plugging the available loads into any one of the three phases without cutting down of the power supply.The purpose of calculating perfect strategy of load distribution is achieved with a nonlinear 0-1 integer programming method which is under comprehensive discussion.In the end,as well as the simulating result,example of a 60 kVA device is given.This new strategy for load redistribution is easy for understood,simple to implemented as well as reliable for balancing loads in the system.In some degree,it is a supplement to the view on solving such problem. |
