中文摘要	目的:探讨傅立叶红外技术(FT-IR)在中药鉴别中的应用价值。方法:采用配对试验方法,用FT-IR技术分别测定东阿阿胶与伪品阿胶、普通大豆与转基因大豆、山楂与山茱萸、淀粉与牡丹皮、山药、泽泻的图谱信息。结果:各配对物的图谱信息既具有相似性,又具有明显的差异性。结论:应用FT-IR鉴别中药,既能揭示同类中药的共性,又能揭示各自的特异性,具有较高的可信度,能准确地鉴别中药。; Objective: To investigate the value of FT-IR in identification of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: By the means of partnership and FT-IR method, the graph informations of Dong'e and the fake Donkey-hide gelation, the common and gene transplant bean, hawthorn and cornus officinalis, amylum and yam, moudan park, and oriental water plantain were detected individually. Result: There was not only the commonness but also the difference among the generated information. Conclusion: FT-IR method can be accurate to identify the Chinese medicinal materials which is very confident and implys their defferences.; 河南省自然科学基金资助课题,NO:004025000
