| 中文摘要 | 中国正在逐步成长为一个世界性大国,此刻面临着必须正视的六大问题,包括东、西方关系,前现代与后现代的丛集,民族国家与后民族主义,大国战略与弱国战略的交互为用,政治发展的经济之维,世俗化及其超越等等。其中,法制作为一种重要的软力量,交缠于这些问题的出现和解决过程,考验着儒家人文主义及其和平文化对于这些问题的回应能力,要求文化中国及其法律共同体提供原创性的汉语文明法律智慧,迎接可能来临的“第二期轴心文明”。; China is in the progress of being a world power,confronting six questions,including the relationship between the East and the West,pre-modern and post-modern clusters,national country and post-nationalism,inter-use of great power strategy and weak power strategy,economic dimension of political development,common customs and their transcendence,etc.As a soft force,legality is involved in the questions when they came into being and were resolved,which tests the ability of confucian humanism and the peace culture thereof to make response to the questions.Cultural China and the legal community are required to provide creative legal wisdom in Chinese civilization to meet the possible "2nd Axes Civilization" that will come. |
