| 中文摘要 | 作为当代最有影响力的流散作家之一,库切分别于1983和1999年两度荣获英国文学最高奖布克奖,并于2003年获得诺贝尔文学奖。《耻》是作家最具代表性的获奖作品之一。这部小说以文学教授卢里为主人公,围绕他因"绯闻"被学校开除以及女儿露茜被黑人强暴这两大中心事件,描绘了一幅南非在后种族隔离时期的生活图景。小说采用现实主义笔法,不仅着力刻画这一系列事件过程中人物的内心世界,同时还再现了由于新的种族间的紧张而酿就的人际间的微妙关系,让读者充分感受到这一时期南非社会的复杂性。本文以时空冲突为视角,试图分析文本所揭示出的这一历史进程中南非各种社会力量间的冲突和矛盾。; As one of the most prominent contemporary diasporic writers,Coetzee has won the Booker Prize twice,in 1983 and 1999 respectively,and became a Nobel Prize Laureate in 2003.Disgrace is one of his most representative prize-winning novels which portrays Lurie,a literature professor as its main character.This book presents a vivid picture of the post-apartheid South Africa by centering around two major events:one is the expulsion of Lurie because of his love affair with one of his students;the other being the gang-rape inflicted upon his daughter Lucy by black gangsters.It not only depicts the inner tension of the characters involved in these events at this particular historical moment,but also the subtle personal relationship between them because of the new interracial problems,thus forcing the readers to confront the social heterogeneities and complexities of its society.This paper attempts to reveal how the conflicts between various forces in post-apartheid South Africa are manifested through temporal and spatial conflicts as shown in this novel. |
