中文摘要电除尘器改造为布袋除尘器后由于空间问题可能带来流场组织困难及阻力增加。针对某电厂电除尘改造,应用结构化/非结构化混合网格技术、多孔介质模型及kε湍流模型,对袋式除尘器本体内的单一气体流场进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明:若设计不合理,下滤室和下箱体可能形成回流,从而在袋室内形成不均匀压力场,流体流过袋室后端滤袋的速度大于流过前端滤袋的速度,因此后端滤袋更加容易磨损失效。另外,通过数值试验的方法还分析了流体入射速度、导流板对计算结果的影响,这些结果对于除尘器的设计与运行都有指导意义。; After retrofitting an electric precipitator into a bag type dust collector, difficulty for organizing flow field and resistance enhancement may be brought about due to limited space. Directing against retrofit of an electric precipitator in one thermal power plant, the numerical simulation of flow field for a single gas flow in the bag type dust collector proper has been carried out by using structuralized / non-structuralized hybrid gridiron technology, porous medium model, and k-ε turbulent model. Calculated results show that the back flow may occur in the filtrating chamber and in lower tank body under condition of non-reasonable design. Thereby, a nonuniform pressure field to be formed in the bag chamber. The velocity of fluid flowing through filtrating bags at the final stage of the bag chamber is greater than that of fluid flowing through filtrating bags in the front stage, hence, filtrating bags in the final stage are more easily to be worn and failed. In addition, the incident velocity of the fluid, and influence of baffle plate upon calculated result have also been analysed through numeric test method. These results have guiding significance for design and operation of the dust collector.
