中文摘要	技术标准问题已经成为世界各国学术界以及产业界共同关注的焦点,但现有的理论在对技术标准形成机制的解释方面都还存在着一定的不足。本文在综合分析经济学和社会学关于技术标准形成的相关理论的基础上,提出标准形成的分层演化模型,分析了技术标准形成的自组织本质,并最终对政府行为以及介入时机等提出了建设性的建议。; Technology standard is one of the most famous topics in both the academe and the industry all over the world. However,the literatures and theories in existence did have shortages more or less in the explanation of standardization. Based on the comprehensive analysis on the economics and sociology theories about the formation of technoIogy standard, this paper established a new model of standardization basing on layered evolvement.Finally,the self-organization es- sential was brought forward,and the entry time for the government in the standardization was also advised.
