| 中文摘要 | 针对传统的河道治理工程只侧重功利价值而导致生态环境遭到破坏的问题,以温榆河为例,研究生态河流健康评价指标体系的构建及评价方法。本文在综合国内外河流健康状况的评价方法及各项表征指标的基础上,构建基于多指标综合评价方法的河流健康状况评价的指标体系并确定了评价标准;设计河流健康评价指标重要度比较调查表确定了评价权重;根据隶属度的计算方法,确定定量指标的隶属度;设计定性指标等级评价表,邀请专家根据定性指标评价等级标准,对研究区域河流健康状况进行打分,采用百分制统计法统计专家意见计算定性指标的隶属度矩阵;建立河流健康评价的模糊综合评价模型,对温榆河河流健康状况进行了评价。评价结果,温榆河河流健康状况为亚健康,指出了温榆河生态健康的薄弱环节,有针对性地提出改进措施和建议,促进河流生态系统向良性方向发展。; The conventional river improving works were merely paid more attention to utilitarianism which leads to the destruction of eco-environment.Taking Wenyuhe River as an example,the paper studied construction and assessment method of ecotype river health assessment index system,summed up assessment methods and various indexes at home and abroad to structure the ecotype river health assessment index system and established the assessment criterion,designed the investigation table for river health assessment index and the qualitative index grade assessment table,and determined the assessment weight and the membership of quantitative index,according to the membership calculated method,then requested experts to mark for river health status in the assessment area based on assessment grade criterion of the qualitative index,to calculate the membership matrix of the qualitative indexes,and constructed the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of river health assessment to assess the health status of Wenyu River.The assessment result showed that the status of the Wenyu River was sub-health,then pointed out the weakness of ecotype health in Wenyu River,put forward the reasonable suggestions and improving measures to promote the river ecotype system healthty development.; 北京市科学技术委员会温榆河流域水体功能修复关键技术研究市区两级政府重大科技需求专项项目(DO706006000091) |
