中文摘要介绍了硬盘双程伺服控制系统,其在常规的音圈电机基础上引入一个压电微激励器来实现更快速和精确的磁头定位。控制设计中,利用压电微激励器的频率特性来估计它的位移输出;音圈电机的控制采用一种积分增强的组合非线性反馈(CNF)控制技术,实现快速和平稳的设定点跟踪,消除扰动因素可能造成的静态误差;基于开环逆控制的思想,微激励器环路的控制采用定值比例及滤波器,使其紧密跟踪定位误差,从而使总位移输出能更快地跟踪设定目标值。仿真和实验结果验证了设计的有效性。; A dual-stage hard disk drive (HDD) servo system is introduced in this paper,in which an additional piezoelectric microactuator is mounted on top of the conventional voice-coil-motor (VCM) actuator to provide a faster and finer positioning of the read/write (R/W) head onto a target track. In our design, the frequency characteristics of the piezoelectric microactuator are utilized to estimate its displacement and accordingly the displacement of the VCM. Then the controller for VCM is designed using an integral-enhanced composite nonlinear feedback (CNF) control technology, which is capable of fast and smooth set-point tracking without static error. The microactuator is controlled through a simple static gain together with an appropriately designed filter. As a synergy effect, the dual stage servo system can be expected to perform faster tracking. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of our design.
