| 中文摘要 | 阐述国内外照片和视频在工程项目管理中的应用和研究情况;通过大量文献阅读和工程实地调研,掌握实际应用需求,提出“视档”的概念;在建筑工程多参与方协同工作网络平台系统ePIMS+中实现了视档管理功能,并使用实际数据进行了模拟试用,对视档应用的可行性进行验证。结果表明,使用专门的系统可以实现对视档的有效利用和管理。; The application of pictures and videos of both in domestic and overseas was examined.Large amount of related literatures were investigated and detailed field surveys were carried out to obtain the application requirement.The definition of image document was made.Functions related to the management of image documents were implemented by expanding an existing multi-party collaboration platform system for construction projects called ePIMS~+.As a simulation to the practical use case,pictures taken in a stadium project were managed by this system.The simulation verified the feasibility of using image documents in construction project management.The result shows that efficient management and utilizing can be realized by using specific systems. |
