中文摘要	电子病案(Computer-based Patient Record)是以电子化方式管理的有关个人终生健康状态和医疗保健行为的信息,它可在医疗中作为主要的信息源取代纸张病历,提供超越纸张病历的服务,满足所有的医疗、法律和管理需求。电子病案的应用可以提高医疗工作效率;可以提高医疗工作质量;可以改进医院管理;电子病案为病人信息的异地共享提供了方便;电子病历为宏观医疗管理提供了基础信息源。电子病案实施的难点:标准化问题;电子病案的安全性问题;电子病案的法律问题;电子病案的结构化问题。目前理想化的电子病案产品还没有问世,还有许多技术的、法律的问题有待解决。与国外相比,我国在电子病案的研究与应用方面差距较大,应当尽快将电子病案原型系统推向临床应用,在实践中不断地使用新技术,完善和发展电子病案。; Electronic Medical Record is a piece of information on personal lifelong health and medical care managed by the computer. It can replace paper medical record as a major information resource in the medical practice. It can provide service beyond paper medical record and satisfy all demands of medical practice and law and management. Application of electronic medical record can improve the efficiency and quality of health care and improve hospital management. It can provide the patients' information to the others and they can share the information conveniently. And it can also provide basic information resource for grand medical management. Implementation of electronic medical record has the following difficulties: the problem of standardization, the security and the lawsuits, and framework. At present, ideal product of Electronic medical record has not come into being. There are many technological and lawful problems to be solved. Compared with the developed countries, there is big difference in the research and application of the electronic medical record. We should put the electronic medical record system into clinical use. In clinical practice, we continuously use new technique to develop, and perfect the electronic medical record system.
