| 中文摘要 | 目的：探讨提高腹茧症的诊治及中西医结合治疗。方法：分析我院2006年1月～2007年2月收治的5例原发性腹茧症患者的临床资料。结果：全部病例行剖腹探查手术,术中证实腹茧症诊断,手术方案采取全部或部分包膜切除、肠粘连松解、肠排列术等,手术后采用中西医结合治疗方法,均痊愈出院。结论：腹茧症临床表现无特异性,术前诊断困难,手术治疗是腹茧症有效的治疗方法,手术后采用中西医结合治疗方法能使患者尽早恢复胃肠功能,减少肠粘连及肠梗阻复发。; Objective:To explore the diagonosis and treatment of abdominal cocoon with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:The dats of 5 primary abdominal cocoon patients admitted from January 2006 to February,2007 was analyzed.Patients received conservative treatment after admission.The symptom of abdominal pain and abdominal distension was aggravated after temporary relief. All patients got emergency laparotomy.The fibrous membrane was excised and the adhesion was separated in all 5 patients.Internal intestinal splinting was used in 4 patients.Nutrition support,nasogastric suction, anti-inflammation drug and Buyitongli decoction were used after operation.Results:All the patients'bowel function recovered in 2 to 3 days after operation,but all patients had abdominal pain,abdominal distension and vomiting again after 1 to 3 days of eating fluid food.All patients were cured.Conclusions:There exists difficulty in the diagnosis of abdominal cocoon for its symptoms and sighs are without specificity.Operation is an effective for abdominal cocoon,and the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can recover the gastro-intestinal function,reduce the recurrence of intestinal adhesion and obstruction. |
