中文摘要	企业信息化规划已经成为企业信息化建设过程中的必要环节,在信息时代如何通过信息化规划指导企业采用信息技术赢得市场的竞争是一个得到广泛关注的研究问题。本文在分析企业集成概念的基础上,提出了以企业集成为核心的信息化规划方法,给出了面向企业集成的信息化规划的主要活动及关键要素。最后以某企业的信息化规划为例说明方法的实用性和可行性。; Information planning has become the necessary phase when the enterprise information system was building. How to win the competition in the information age is a hot research topics for the enterprise by using the IT system based on the information planning. In this paper, the enterprise integrating is studied, the methodology based on the enterprise integrating is put forward, the implementation steps for the information planning based on enterprise integrating is presented. Finally, to prove the said method is valuable and applicable, a company's actual planning process is presented.
