中文摘要	笔式电子表单是一种基于笔式用户界面技术的电子表单软件。由于现有开发工具操作复杂、笔式用户界面实现困难使得笔式电子表单的开发只能由职业开发人员来完成,但这样很难适应用户需求的不断变化。给与最终用户自主开发笔式电子表单的能力是解决此问题的良好方法。基于表单、业务规则的自然特性,以帮助最终用户开发笔式电子表单为目标,设计与实现了面向笔式电子表单的最终用户开发工具。本文系统地论述了该工具的组成及其实现最终用户开发的方法,该研究为最终用户开发笔式电子表单提供了工具支持。; Pen-based e-form is the e-form software based on pen-based user interface. Because operating the existing development tool is complicated and implementing pen-based user interface is difficult, pen-based e-form only can be designed and implemented by the professional developers, which make it difficult to adapt to the changing user requirements. Given the end-user the ability for developing pen-based e-form independently is a good way to solve this problem. Based on the natural characteristics of the forms and business rules, aiming at help end user develop pen-based e-form, the paper systemically researches the design and implementation of the end-user development tool for pen-based e-form, and describes the major components of the tool and how they achieve the end-user development. The study offers the tool support for end user to develop the pen-based e-form.
