中文摘要<正>当前,随着经济的全球化和数字技术的迅猛发展,文化传播全球化的趋势正在加剧。在这样的背景下,一方面,美国依据其经济与高科技上的优势和无处无时不在的传媒,保持和扩大其对发展中国家的信息输出的不对称,强化其文化霸权,并为其经济与政治的全球战略服务;另一方面,在娱乐文化加速产业化的进程中,在经济利益的驱动与市场机制的操纵下,缺乏品位的娱乐文化正以"大众文化"的名义成为一种霸权文化。这两种趋势都导致文化多样性的缺失。联合国教科文组织信息与传播项目官员曾丹娜(Dana Ziyasheva)曾说:"在这个日益全球化的时代,保证‘丰富多彩的文化多样性'极为关键。因为,它很重要,却时常面临威胁。"; The cultural diversity is the common heritage of humanity and the source of communication and innovation.It provided with the wisdom and energy to secure the continuing and sustainable development of mankind.Entering the age of globalization, cultural diversity has suffered menaces from hegemony cultures.Based on a dedicated analysis on the menaces,this paper is to call on discussions on promoting cultural consciousness when coping with the menaces.The importance and necessity of consciousness is proved by observing the US hegemony culture based upon the superiority of economic power and dominating positions in the sciences and technology fields through its powerful media vehicles,as well as the hegemony culture formed and promoted by the growing consumerism and cheap entertainment culture.The paper deals with the connotation and indications of cultural consciousness and emphasizes that the cultural hegemony should be resisted while making efforts to avoid the cultural isolationism.As conclusion,the advanced nature of cultural development is to be firmly insisted by respecting the cultural diversity,restricting the influence of consumerism and enhancing the roles of media in guiding and justifying the culture.Innovations are always vital in theory,practice and the policy-making process for building the Chinese cultural industry and its quick development.Chinese media and educations in the related field are taking the grave responsibilities for these ambitions.
