中文摘要	本文根据中国古代和西方现代的文化发展哲学战略思想,提出了整体动态系统分析的观点,并用此观点阐述"建筑物全寿命质量安全管理制度研究"与"既有大型公共建筑安全管理办法"两项研究的依据背景与结果。; The paper proposes an approach of holistic dynamic system analysis based on the philosophical strategy for cultural development in ancient China and in modern western countries and gives a brief description of the background and results of two research projects on"the study of the system of lifecycle quality and safety management of buildings"and on "the directive regulations of the safety management of large scale public buildings"in the light of the proposed approach.
