中文摘要	以 TiCl_3、TiCl_4、H_2O_2、NaOH 为原料,在110～150℃温度条件下回流反应3～12h,通过这种简便的低温回流方法制得了一种锐钛矿型 TiO_2纳米晶水溶胶,呈淡蓝色透明状,弱酸性(pH=4～6),TiO_2含量为0.5%～10.0%。用 XRD、TEM、激光粒度分析技术、低温氮气吸附-脱附技术对其进行了结构表征。结果是:XRD 图表明该 TiO_2纳米晶具有锐钛矿型结构且结晶较好; TEM 图显示其颗粒均匀且粒度分布在10～30nm,集中于20nm;激光粒度分析为20nm,与 TEM 图相一致;由低温氮气吸附- 脱附实验求得其 BET 比表面积为256.6m~2·g~(-1),孔容为0.3cm~3·g~(-1)。孔径为50.3(?)。初步探讨了该方法成功的可能原因。; The TiO_2 nanocryatallite hydrosol with anatase structure has been synthesized via a facile low-temperature erfluxing process with hy- drolyzation/crystallization at a temperature of 110-150℃ for 3～12 h,employing TiCl_3,TiCl_4,H_2O_2 and NaOH as the raw materials.Tbe by- d-rosol is transparent and tightly blue,the pH value is about 4～6,and the content of the TiO_2 nanocrystallites could be adjusted in the range of 0.5%～10.0% concentrations according to the needs of practice.Tbe structure of the hydrosol and the freeze-dried product were charaterized by XRD,TEM,Iaser particle size analysis technology and low-temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption technology.XRD results revealed that the TiO_2 nanocrystallits are of anatase structure and well crystallized.TEM images showed that the diameters of the TiO_2 nanocrytallites are of uniformity and about 10～30 nm,convergent at 20 nm.The laser particle size analysis showed that the particle size is 20 nm.The BET surface area is 256.6 m~2·g~(-1),pore volume is 0.3 cm~3·g~(-1),adsorption average pore width is 50.3(?).Tbe possible reasons for the success of the method in this paper are discussed.
