中文摘要应用红外光谱和二维相关光谱对白腐菌腐朽毛竹过程中主要化学成分的变化做了比较分析。研究结果表明,在白腐菌腐朽毛竹8周时,毛竹的综纤维素变化不大,木素含量有所降低,说明白腐菌主要是降解竹材中的木素。对未腐朽材和腐朽材的红外光谱图对比分析发现,一维红外光谱的变化不明显;二维相关红外光谱中,8周腐朽毛竹在1 640 cm~(-1)(C=O伸缩振动)的自动峰变化不大,但是,1 605 cm~(-1)(C=O伸缩振动)、1 472 cm~(-1)(苯环碳骨架振动)、1 519 cm~(-1)(芳环的碳骨架振动)对应自动峰的强度明显减弱,这4个自动峰形成的6对正交叉峰的强度也明显减弱,这与化学成分测定的木素含量降低的结果相吻合。; The chemical component change of moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens)attacked by white-rot fungus was investi- gated by Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and two-dimensional Fourier-Transform Infrared(2D FTIR)correlation spectros- copy.There were few changes of holocellulose contents but the lignin content decreased gradually when moso bamboo was at- tacked by brown-rot.The one-dimensional FTIR spectra of moso bamboo and attacked bamboo were similar but quite different in 2D FTIR spectra.In the range between 1300 and 1800 cm~(-1),the autopeak variation of 1640 cm~(-1)(C=O stretching)was much smaller for attacked bamboo,but the autopeak intension of 1605 cm~(-1)(C=O stretching),1472 cm~(-1)(Aromatic skele- tal combined with C-H in-plane deforming and stretching),1519 cm~(-1)(Aromatic skeletal stretching)have decreased signifi- cantly.At the same time,the intension of six cross peaks that above-mentioned four autopeaks formed were wakened.The result was consistent with the result of lignin content decreased using chemical method when bamboo was attacked by white-rot fungus.
