| 中文摘要 | 贫困和生态环境问题已成为世界性的主题．从企业的角度,通过分析面向低收入群体市场的企业创新模式,深入探讨了基于企业战略愿景、领导和执行的企业可持续发展战略．结果表明,开发低收人群体市场须在企业文化价值观体系下,进行技术创新、价值创新、组织创新和管理创新;企业的可持续发展战略是以创新为出发点,结合企业战略愿景,持久地把握低收入群体市场机会,获得新的发展的途径,并以企业社会责任为主导协调社会各阶层利益关系的战略机制．; Poverty and entironment problems are international theme. From the perspective of firms, this paper studies the low-incomer groups market-oriented innovation pattern of enterprises and explores the sustainable development strategies based on the strategic vision, leadership and execution . The results show that exploiting the low - incomer groups market requires firms to conduct technology innovation, value innovation, organization innovation and management innovation under the firms' culture and value intention system. Sustainable development strategies of enterprise is a strategic mechanism, by which innovation is taken as a start point when firms grasp the market opportunities of low - incomer groups, gain the ways of new development and coordinate the interest relationships among social classes oriented by enterprises' society mission.; 研究受国家自然科学优秀创新研究群体基金(7012001); 国家自然科学基金重点项目(70233001); 中国博士后科学基金(2005038072)联合资助． |
