中文摘要	中国北方火炕集供热、睡床、生活、通风四位于一体,具有两千多年历史,应用于大半个中国的农村居民住房,可谓上下五千年,一半有我,纵横全中国,半壁江山。这样一个家喻户晓的供热系统,其修建现在还是以经验为主,性能褒贬不一。在有些传统用炕地区,农民生活水平的提高导致以床代炕,引入土暖气以煤供热。在建设新农村的过程中,北方火炕是去是留?从科学角度来看,火炕集传热学、流体力学、燃烧学、材料科学四学科于一身,采用做饭烟气余热,依据蓄热原理,具有较大的节能潜力。同时, 北方各地火炕发展极不均衡,一方面一些先进的节能清洁新炕如吊炕在东北出现,另一方面非常落后的灶连炕,煨炕在华北和西北地区还很流行。我们建立了火炕物理模型,研究其通风流动传热蓄热原理,提供设计依据。同时在农业部科技发展中心能源生态建设处的组织和农业出版社、香港大学及清华大学的参与下,我们于2006年初进行了关于中国北方农村能源生态综合利用的短期调研考察,重点是农村火炕的测量,包括空气温度,空气质量和炕表面温度的红外测量。考察地点分别选在辽宁省辽阳县、黑龙江省望奎县和甘肃省临洮县。我们认为不可轻易丢掉北方火炕,而应该将传统炕现代化,发挥其节能潜力和利用生物质能的优点。本文还将讨论北方火炕的未来对中国建筑节能发展的战略性意义。; Chinese kang is an integrated system for cooking, sleeping, domestic heating and ventilation. Chinese kang is potentially an energy-saving heating system, which uses high thermal mass to store surplus heat from stove during cooking and releases it during the rest time for home and bed heating. We have developed a macroscopic heat transfer model integrated with natural ventilation flows through the Kang and chimney to study the thermal and air flow performance of kang systems. We also visited some local Kang experts in China and the Ministry of Agriculture in 2005 to collect further information. In early 2006, supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, and some Provincial Rural Energy Offices, the University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University joined efforts and carried out a field study in selected homes in Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Gansu provinces to collect essential information about the status of the kang heating systems in rural homes in northern China. The measured hourly parameters include air temperature, CO2, CO, particles, kang surface temperature etc. Infrared camera was used to measure the kang surface temperature as well as the home insulation conditions. We suggest that there is a need to modernize Chinese kangs so that indoor environment of rural homes can be improved, while the traditional sustainable biomass supply and consumption culture in the rural areas can be maintained.; 香港政府研究资助局(HKU 7154／05E)
