中文摘要通过测量电阻抗,对一种用于光催化降解的TiO2膜的光气敏响应特性进行了实验分析。采用表面镀有一对金叉指电极的PCB板作为敏感元件衬底,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2膜。记录并分析了叉指电极间的电阻抗在不同浓度乙醇气体及紫外、可见光辐照下的响应特性,并利用主成分分析方法对测量结果进行了分析。实验结果表明,电阻抗可有效反映这种用于光催化降解的TiO2膜的状态,对实时监测光催化降解膜的降解过程及老化程度有实用意义。; The illuminance-gas responsibility of a TiO2 film,utilized as the photocatalyst in photodegradation,is experimentally analyzed with its electrical impedance.A pair of gold interdigital electrodes fabricated on a printed circuit board is used as the sensing element.The TiO2 film is coated on the sensing element by sol-gel process. The impedance of the film is monitored while the sensing element is exposed to ethanol gas with different concentration.Furthermore,the impedance response under the radiation of ultraviolet and visible light are also tested and analyzed.The experimental data is analyzed by principle component analysis algorithm.The experimental results show that the impedance can be used as one indicator for characterizing the TiO2 photocatalytic films.This is potentially applicable to the monitoring of the photodegradation process,as while as the activity of the photocatalyst films.
