Its spheroidisers effects quality of produced ductile iron directly...Thequality of produced spheroidisers; is determined by the control of its produced process.. There are some important elements: selecting and treating of material; melting procedure; cooling of melted alloy; bronken method and morphology of grains of spheroidisers; inspecting on producing line; package and transportation of spheroidisers. All of it effects the works of producing spheroidisers and using spheroidisers greatly.
