中文摘要本文采用水力学模拟实验方法,研究了达涅利FTSC薄板坯连铸四孔型水口的结晶器流场特征及其对液位波动的影响。结果表明:连铸结晶器流场具有非稳定性,涡心位置随时间变化。FTSC四孔型水口降低了钢液在结晶器中向下的冲击深度,回流区主漩涡涡心偏上。上出水口流出的流体与下出口流出的流体相互作用,使弯月面附近的流速减小,弯月面上下起伏的波高与频率减小,从而使弯月面平稳。研究结果对连铸水口结构设计有帮助意义。; The characteristics of fluid flow in the mold with the four-port SEN of FTSC have been studied and the influence of SEN on the level fluctuation is investigated by using water modeling method. The results show that the fluid flow in the continuous casting mold is unstable and the vortex position moves with time. The impinging depth of the flow from the SEN is low and the vortex center in the leading circumfluence is high in the mold with the four-port SEN of FTSC. The rolls induced by the upper and lower ports of SEN interact which leads the velocity of the flow near the meniscus to decrease, so the amplitude and the frequency of the level fluctuation decrease and the meniscus becomes calmness. The results are helpful to the SEN structure design in the thin slab continuous casting.
