中文摘要本文基于铸坯传热凝固模型和PID控制算法开发了连铸二冷动态控制系统,并研究了其可控性。研究表明,当拉速改变时,二冷系统可控性两方面——响应能力和响应速度在一定程度上相互制约。同时,本文利用相对增益分析方法研究了该系统各二冷控制回路间的耦合性,发现上游冷却回路水量与下游冷却区控制点温度构成的控制回路之间存在明显的单向耦合性,且耦合性随拉速的升高而增大。某一冷却回路控制点温度受该冷却回路水量的影响要远远大于其他冷却回路水量。在通常的工艺条件下,通过某冷却回路的水量来控制该回路控制点温度的控制策略是完全可行的,并不需要额外的解耦技术。; A secondary cooling control system in continuous casting has been developed based on the heat transfer and solidification model and the PID algorithm,and its controllability is studied.The simulation results show that the two aspects of controllability i.e.,response speed and response ability,restricts each other when the casting speed changes.At the same time,the coupling of the different secondary control loops is investigated with RGA (relative gain array)analysis,and the results indicate that the apparent directionality exists in the couplings among the control loops composed of the water flow rates in the upstream and the temperatures at the set-points in the downstream and this coupling effects increase with increasing casting speed.However,the influence of the local water flow rate on the set-point temperature is much larger than those of water flow rates in other cooling loops. For the practical process conditions in continuous casting,only the adjustment of the local water flow rate near to the aimed temperature set-points is needed and no uncoupling techniques are required for the secondary cooling control system.
