中文摘要本文研究了Ag/Al2O3氧化物催化剂和Pt/Al2O3贵金属催化剂,选择有代表性的C3H4和C2H5OH做还原剂,考察了富氧条件下选择性催化还原NOx的性能以及H2O和SO2对不同催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,反应体系中含10%H2O和100ppmSO2,还原剂为乙醇时,Ag/Al2O3催化剂上表现出更宽的活性温度范围,NOx最大转化率达到90%以上。Ag/Al2O3氧化物催化剂和Pt/Al2O3贵金属催化剂串联组合时,在发动机台架上乙醇选择性还原NOx的最大转换率达90%,一氧化碳和碳氢化合物的净化效率大于90%。; The noble metal catalyst Pt/Al2O3 and metal oxide catalysts Ag/Al2O3 In/Al2O3, Sn/Al2O3 were prepared by different methods, and their performances for the selective reduction of NO by C3H6 or C2H5OH in excess oxygen were investigated. With the ethanol as reductant, high catalytic activity was attained on the Ag/Al2O3 catalyst, and the maximum NO conversion reached above 90%. A two-stage catalyst composed of Ag/Al2O3 and Pt/Al2O3 showed the highest NO reduction activity among the catalysts studied even in the presence of H2O and SO2. HC and CO oxidations over Pt/Al2O3 occurred in relatively low temperatures, compared with the other catalysts. The Ag/Al2O3 and Pt/Al2O3 combined system with ethanol as the reductant was effective to broaden the temperature window for the reduction of NO, and the maximum NO conversion reached 90% and the HC and CO conversions were above 90%.; 国家自然基金重点项目(20437010) 国家863课题(2003AA643020)
