中文摘要	我国西部贵州省开阳县拥有丰富的资源。长期以来,其经济发展主要依赖出口磷矿石及初级加工产品,优质的气候资源、富硒土壤资源和旅游资源尚未得到开发。同时,开阳县地貌属于典型的喀斯特地貌,生态环境十分脆弱,面临着严峻的植被破坏、石漠化风险。近年来,采矿业引发的地质灾害、矿产粗加工导致的工业污染和农业面源污染对富硒土壤和旅游资源形成了严重的威胁。这一现状对开阳未来的经济发展模式提出了生态化要求,生态经济功能区划工作由此被提上日程。这项工作在全县的经济发展和生态建设方面做出了详实的分析、指出了明确的任务和方向。; Kaiyang County in Guizhou Province,western-south China is rich in kinds of resources.For several decades,its economy development has been relying on export of raw phosphorite and other primary products,while the excellent climate resource,selenium-rich soil and tourism resources have almost been left unuesd.Kaiyang is located in karst region,which results in a fragile eco-balance.This means it is facing severe risks of damage to vegetation and rock-desertification.In recent years,the natural environment,the selerium-rich soil and the tourism resources have been threatened by geological disasters caused by mining,pollution caused by mineral processing and agricultural nOn-point source pollution.Therefore,there is an urgent need of sustainable development for such an economy growth pattern.Ecological and economical functional regionalization entered the authorities' vision.This work presents a full and accurate analysis about the economy development and ecological construction of Kaiyang County,and points out specific tasks.
