中文摘要 | 利用叔丁醇为共溶剂使棕榈油、甲醇和催化剂形成均相体系,进行酯交换反应制备生物柴油,可以显著缩短反应时间。实验考察了共溶剂用量、催化剂用量、反应温度醇油摩尔比等因素对生物柴油产率的影响,获得了最佳反应条件。实验结果表明,当叔丁醇用量为棕榈油质量的11.6%,催化剂用量为油质量的1.0%,反应温度为60℃,醇油摩尔比为6:1时,反应2分钟后生物柴油产率达到了90%以上。; Transesterification of palm oil to biodiesel process in a single phase solution of the triglyceride, methanol and catalyst by adding methyl tertiary butyl ether as a cosolvent. The reaction time can be declined significantly. In this study, the separate effects of amount of cosolvent, mass ratio of catalyst to palm oil reaction temperature and molar ratio of methanol to oil were investigated. The results showed that FAME yield reached 90% at 11. 6% methyl tertiary butyl ether by weight of palm oil, 1. 0% NaOH by weight of palm oil 6:1 ratio of methanol to palm oil and 60℃ within 2 min of reaction time. |
