中文摘要为庆祝中国振动工程学会成立二十周年,特撰写此文以缅怀老一辈学者为中国振动工程学会作出的贡献,并勉励我们(特别是年轻学者)勇于创新、沿着前辈们给我们留下的足迹,迎接振动工程的新挑战。本文首先回顾了中国振动工程学会成立二十年来的发展历史,接着总结了前辈们毕生爱国奉献无悔无怨的敬业精神及崇尚的德国哥廷根学派精神,特别提到了胡海昌先生"工程振动问题的分类及若干核心问题"一文对我们从事振动工程研究的启示,最后共勉我们从事振动工程研究的同仁共同迎接振动工程的新挑战。; To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering(CSVE),the paper was written to recall the elder-generation scholars, who have made great contribution to our academic society,and encourage us,especially the younger scholars,to dare to innovate and face the new challenge of vibration engineering along the trail of the elder generation.In this paper,the 20 years developing history of the CSVE was reviewed.Then the dedicatory spirits and the spirits from German Goettingen School were summarized.Especially,a paper named"Classification of the Vibration Engineering Problems and Some Key Issues",which was written by Mr.HU Hai-chang,was mentioned.And it is indicated that the paper will be benefit for our research candidates in the vibration engineering.Finally,we are all encouraged to face the new challenge from the vibration engineering.
