中文摘要 | 离散噪声是对旋轴流风机气动噪声中的重要成分。本文首先求解三维非定常Reynolds平均Navier-Stokes方程,数值模拟了对旋轴流风机整机的复杂流场。随后从流场的数值结果中提取声源,通过求解Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)方程得到声场,从而获得对旋轴流风机离散噪声的声压级。用本文方法得到的对旋轴流风机离散噪声的预估结果与试验测试结果吻合较好,说明本文的噪声预估方法是成功的。; The discrete noise is an important component in aerodynamic noise of contra-rotating axial flow fans(CRAFF),which is caused by the contra-rotating of the two rotors.In the paper the turbulent flow field of a CRAFF has first been numerically simulated based on the unsteady 3D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations,from which the fluctuating wall pressure with discrete spectrum were extracted and used as noise sources to calculate the sound field.Then the sound pres- sure level(SPL)of the discrete noise was obtained by solving the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW -H)equation,which was validated by experiments.It means that the presented method of numeri- cal prediction of discrete noise radiated by a CRAFF is successful. |
